Wrapped Up

RFDTV’s The American Rodeo has captivated the horse industry and adrenaline junkies for months. On March 2, audiences across the country sat glued to their televisions while rodeo fans in Arlington were on the edge of their seats as the richest one-day rodeo in American history began its inaugural celebration.

The competition was tough and good luck was hard to come by; even the best of the best—including NFR champion Trevor Brazile—encountered mishaps and heartbreaks as ropes missed, steers veered and barrels fell. Still, the spirit of rodeo was alive as bull rider Richmond Champion took home $1 million for winning his event as a qualifier—his long road to the million proved that, with a bit of luck, skill and determination, rodeo dreams can come true.

The Flash editorial staff was arena-side to capture the excitement and action of the event.
