CHROME is published three times per year. Frequency rates are allowed in advance only with signed contracts listing specific issues and received by first closing date. Otherwise, frequency rates are allowed as earned.
CHROME features a strictly limited page count per issue, and advertising opportunities are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
