Standing committee agendas posted for 2015 APHA Convention

APHA’s standing committees have posted their agendas for the 2015 APHA Convention on the association’s website. Committees have been meeting throughout the year via telephone, but they’ll get together in several sessions at the APHA Convention, February 27–March 1 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Almost all standing committee meetings are open to anyone who wishes to attend, and all APHA members are encouraged to attend Convention and participate in both committee meetings as well as great social and educational opportunities with fellow Paint Horse enthusiasts. Convention is free to attend, but registration is highly encouraged due to limited seating at some events.

Among the committees meeting at Convention are the following:

Amateur
Breed Integrity & Registration
General Show & Contest
Judges
Long-Range Planning
Professional Horseman
Racing
Regional Club
Recreational Riding
Youth

Visit apha.com/events/convention to view each committees agenda for their meetings on February 27–28. The entire Convention schedule is available there as well.

Mobile APHA registration services will be offered at Convention February 27–28 from noon until 5 p.m.—this is a great opportunity to learn more about APHA’s easy online registration tool and to get your APHA paperwork, including registrations and transfers, processed on site.

The 2015 APHA Convention takes place at the DFW Marriott Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle in far north Fort Worth, near the Texas Motor Speedway. Complimentary airport transportation is available upon advanced request by contacting Convention Director Theresa Brown by email or at (817) 222-6403.
