NEW SHOW RESULTS DEADLINE — Effective April 1, 2022:
Now due within 10 days of show ending
Rule Change SC-125, which requires submission of show results within 10 days of
the show ending, goes into effect April 1. This rule change was passed by the State
Directors at the 2022 Convention with early implementation. Show results (both
electronic and mailed portions) must be postmarked within 10 days from the last
date of the show to prevent late fees (postal meters are not acceptable). The
postmark date for electronic results is determined by the date received.
SHOW FEE STRUCTURE SIMPLIFIED— Effective January 1, 2023:
$1 per entry per judge
Beginning in 2023, all shows will be charged $1 per entry per judge instead of a
varying rate based on total horses by judge. This new show results fee structure is
designed to make fee calculation easier to understand and calculate, and to allow
faster processing.
