Chrome declared official magazine of Mule Alley at the Fort Worth Stockyards

APHA’s very own Chrome, an award-winning Western lifestyle magazine that celebrates the Paint Horse community, has been named the official magazine of Mule Alley at the Fort Worth Stockyards. Located in the heart of the historic Fort Worth Stockyards, Mule Alley is the future home of a collection of restaurants, shops and APHA’s international headquarters. APHA is set to move into its new office space on Mule Alley in late 2019. With Chrome recognized as Mule Alley’s official magazine, APHA has already made its mark on the tourist destination.

APHA coordinated with the Stockyards Heritage Development Co. to establish Chrome as Mule Alley’s official magazine. As such, a copy of Chrome will be featured in each hotel room of the Stockyards’ Hyatt Place and Hotel Drover. Part of Marriott’s Autography Collection® and located at the end of Mule Alley—near APHA’s headquarters—Hotel Drover will open in Spring 2020, offering 200 rooms and suites, meeting spaces and a rustic barn for weddings and other social events.

“Having Chrome as the official magazine of Mule Alley at the Fort Worth Stockyards is an exciting opportunity for our organization and its publications,” APHA’s Director of Business Development Kurt Crawford said. “Along with APHA’s presence among the Fort Worth Stockyards’ three million annual visitors, featuring Chrome in hotels around Mule Alley will help to better introduce this incredible breed to more people who already love the Western lifestyle.”
