Become marked for greatness with an APHA internship

If you’re dreaming of a career in the horse industry, have a passion for Paints, and looking to grow your professional skills, an internship at APHA is the place for you!

APHA is seeking applicants for multiple internship opportunities in Fort Worth, Texas, during the summer and fall semesters—there’s even flexible, year-round opportunities available! Our interns learn the ins and outs of working at a breed association and gain valuable experience for their resumés, while also forming connections with industry professionals and making a difference in the world they love.

Think you’ll be the designated coffee fetcher? Think again! You’ll be a bonafide member of the team and produce professional-quality work, while also helping the association grow. Plus, you’ll get to meet top horses and riders in the Paint community at the APHA World Championship Shows and connect with APHA members through leadership programming, interviews and more.

Applicants must be college juniors, seniors or recent graduates with a major in animal/equine science, agribusiness, marketing, agricultural communications/journalism, public relations, business development or related field.

Ready to join the ranks of APHA interns? Apply today!

The deadline for summer internship applications is March 15.

The deadline for fall internship applications is June 15.
