2018 APHA Youth World Championship Show patterns now available

You’ve loped over hundreds of poles, posted without stirrups for countless hours, pivoted until you couldn’t see straight and now it’s finally time to add pattern practice to your Youth World Championship Show boot camp! The official patterns used at the 2018 Youth World Show are finally here. The premier Paint event for Youth exhibitors takes place June 25–July 8 at the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

You can access this year’s pattern books on the World Show website under “Premium Books and Forms” or at the link below. Printed copies of the pattern books will also be available in the APHA Horse Show Office at the Will Rogers Memorial Center during the show.

Join us to for a live Ride the Pattern June 26 from 3-5:30 p.m. in the John Justin Arena. Get a judge’s perspective on the Youth World Show horsemanship, showmanship and equitation patterns, as well as ask any questions you may have. This is a great way to better prepare yourself for the pattern classes!
