Taylor Breeding joins APHA as senior director of marketing and Marked For Greatness Properties

Taylor Breeding joined the APHA team as senior director of marketing and Marked For Greatness Properties, APHA’s for-profit subsidiary.

Taylor comes to APHA after four years with the National Cutting Horse Association, where she had several marketing-related positions.

“APHA’s future has always been served well by its talented staff, and Taylor Breeding represents an important new addition to that staff,” APHA Executive Director Billy Smith said.

Taylor graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in agri-business and a concentration on management and marketing. She held several internships and seasonal positions throughout the equine and agricultural sectors, from racing to rodeo to performance horses. Taylor earned supplemental certifications in Basis Trading from White Commercial Corporation and is a certified Equine Facility Manager from the Certified Horsemanship Association.

“I have learned that I thrive in fast-paced, high-energy workplaces and have a passion for both the equine and agriculture communities,” she said.

Taylor’s responsibilities include the overall marketing face and presence of APHA. She will also lead the development of Marked For Greatness Properties, which owns PH Barn Door, The Cowgirl Gathering and the Red Steagall Cowboy Gathering.
