Solid Paint-bred owners showed up at the 2022 APHA World Championship Show—entries in Youth, Amateur and Open Solid Paint-Bred classes were up over 70% overall. The APHA World Show took place June 24-July 10 in Fort Worth, Texas.
- Youth Solid Paint-Bred: 71% increase
- Amateur Solid Paint-Bred: 80% increase
- Open Solid Paint-Bred: 70% increase
New classes and improved all-around awards for these divisions helped spur the growth. Overall, the 2022 World Show saw 1,094 horses and more than 4,500 entries; more than $1.35 million in cash and prizes was awarded.
