Chrome equals cash at the 2019 NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity

From dry work to fence work, a number of Paints left their mark on the 2019 National Reined Cow Horse Association Snaffle Bit Futurity, which took place October 4–19 in Fort Worth, Texas. Congratulations to our chrome contenders:

  • Sarahtrashya [pending: Gunnatrashya x Lil Miss Shiney Chex (QH)]: $19,000 for 12th place in the Open Futurity Finals, shown by Kelby Phillips
  • Andthentherewaslight [shown as Tweenkle Lights, by CD Lights (QH) x For Her Eyes Only]: $14,000 for 17th in the Open Futurity and 13th in the Intermediate Open Futurity, shown by Tyler Merrill
  • HQ Helluva Cat [pending: Metallic Cat (QH) x Bound To White Chex]: $10,000 for 20th (tie) in the Open Futurity, shown by Luke Jones
  • Gunna Bet My Boon [pending: Gunnatrashya x Flo N Blue Boon (QH)]: $10,000 for 22nd in the Open Futurity, shown by Clayton Edsall
  • Cold Hard Smart Cash [Big Chex To Cash x Smartin Up (QH)]: $3,712 for 4th (tie) in the Non-Pro Bridle and 2nd in the Intermediate Non-Pro Bridle, shown by Judy Fortenberry
