- Team up for the Youth Team Tournament
AjPHA clubs are invited to submit teams for the annual Youth Team Tournament. Comprised of three elements (performance classes, a knowledge relay and a hands-on hippology test), Youth of all ages go head-to-head for great prizes. With teams up to 20 AjPHA members, this is perfect way to bond with friends! Whether you’re a participant or watching from the audience, this event is a definite highlight of the Youth World Show.
- Show your smarts at the Youth World Show judging contest
Put your horse judging skills to the test and enter the Youth World Championship Horse Judging Contest. With top-notch live judging and stellar prizes, this contest is one you’ll want to attend! Teams & individuals are invited to enter.
- Scholarships, cash and prizes, oh my!
Last year, exhibitors at the Youth World Show won more than $250,000 in cash and prizes, including $130,000 in scholarships. Those prizes aren’t limited to the Top Two winners, either—scholarships are paid out through third place in all world championships, with select classes paying to more placings. Random-draw $150 scholarships further sweeten the pot … you never know if you’re going to win! If that’s not enough, a variety of prizes are awarded in each class, including beautiful Gist Silversmith’s trophy buckles, Cinch jackets and prizes from SmartPak, Schneiders, LubriSyn and more.
