Kim Helburg, Bill and Kathleen Huckabee, and Larry Volkmar took home extra hardware from the 2026 APHA/WCHA Halter Million. When the dust settled, they were named as the show’s Leading Owner/Breeder/Exhibitor, Leading Breeder and Leading Owner, respectively.
The Halter Million is the premier halter competition for stock horses, awarding more than $1.5 million in cash and prizes in APHA and World Conformation Horse Association competitions. Though the event hosts all-breed WCHA classes, the following awards are presented to leaders based on APHA world championship class results.
