NOTE: The 2026 APHA World Championship Show in Fort Worth, Texas, coincides with the FIFA World Cup taking place in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. APHA is actively working with area hotel partners to secure room blocks at the most reasonable rates available; efforts are ongoing and you’ll find the most updated information on the hotels tab below.

Plan Your Stay
Will Rogers Memorial Center
The historic Will Rogers Memorial Center is in Fort Worth’s Cultural District, less than three miles from downtown. This 120-acre multi-purpose facility plays host to a variety of equestrian, agricultural, entertainment, corporate, educational, social and sporting events, including many international and grand-scale shows. The complex includes the Will Rogers Coliseum, Auditorium, Equestrian Center and Amon G. Carter Exhibits Building.

The exact location of the Will Rogers Memorial Center is one mile north of I-30, off of University Drive or Montgomery Street exits.
Parking
The Will Rogers Memorial Center is a paid parking facility. All vehicles and trailers on the Will Rogers property will be required to pay to park in all facility lots. Passes may be purchased upon arrival.

Hotel Availability Update
The 2026 APHA World Show dates coincide with the FIFA World Cup, resulting in extremely high hotel demand and elevated rates in the Fort Worth/Dallas area. We recognize the impact this might have on our exhibitors and attendees and are actively working with area hotel partners to secure room blocks at the most reasonable rates currently available. These efforts are ongoing, and we will continue to pursue additional options in the coming weeks. RV Reservations
RV reservations and payment must be submitted online, postmarked or received in the APHA office by the published pre-entry deadline in order to avoid late fees. Reservations open in April. Sponsorship forms and payment must be received by the pre-entry deadline in order to receive stall and RV priority benefits included in the sponsorship packages.
RV Priority:
- RV assignments will be prioritized in the following order: 1) World Show Gold Sponsors and the date paid; 2) First come, first-paid basis.
- The Gold sponsorship level provides one complimentary premium RV space in Red Lot 5 (closest to the John Justin Arena), as space is available.
- The sponsorship does not allow an individual to choose the exact RV space location, just guarantees a space in Red Lot 5 if available.
- Priority for a space in Red Lot 5 is based on the date the sponsorship payment is received and availability and cannot be guaranteed. If space is no longer available in Red Lot 5, a space in a secondary location will be provided.
- Once the Gold sponsors are assigned, then the remainder of RV reservations will be assigned based on a first-come, first-paid basis. A lottery system will be used to prioritize all remaining reservations received on the same date, requesting the same lot. Specific space location within a lot is not guaranteed.
- RV reservations will not be considered complete until payment has been received and will be subject to the appropriate fees based on the date payment is received.
