PHcentral is your one-stop shop for conducting APHA business. It’s the fastest, easiest and least expensive way to submit work to APHA.

Log into your PHcentral account to submit and check the status of your APHA business.
Get Started
I’ve never used PHcentral.
- Visit PHcentral.com and click “Sign Up Now.”
- Put in your APHA member ID number and zip code or birthday to verify your account, so the system knows your member identity.
- If you haven’t ever been an APHA member before, click the checkbox that says “I do not have an APHA membership.”
- Follow the prompts to create a password and fill out any other required information.
- A verification link will be sent to your email; click on the link to confirm account creation.
- You can now log in and conduct business on PHcentral.
I forgot my password.
- Click the “Forgot Password” option
- Enter the email associated with your PHcentral account; a link will be sent there to reset your password
- Click the emailed link and reset your password.
If you need more help, go to PHcentral.com and click the “help” button in the lower right corner. Click the magnifying glass in the search bar, then press the “ask” button at the top of that box to send our online team a message.

Want to know about work you already submitted?
Log into your PHcentral account and select “Records” on the left side of the screen. You will find all your work and its current status.
- Open: Not submitted to APHA
- Review: Submitted to APHA, waiting for APHA to process
- Pending Review: More information is required to complete
- Completed: Work has been processed
