$53,000 added at 2026 PBRIP Barrel Racing Sweepstakes & APHA World Show
Big-money jackpots return to the 2026 APHA World Championship Show, and barrel racers can cash in on $53,000 added just for them at the premier competition. Speed classes take place June 19–20, 2026, at the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth, Texas.
Last year, over 100 barrel racers clocked times in the PBRIP Barrel Racing Sweepstakes, the World Show’s largest class. Earnings from the PBRIP Barrel Racing Sweepstakes now count for PBRIP year-end awards, too.
The 2026 barrel racing highlights include:
- $42,000 added in the PBRIP Open Barrel Racing Sweepstakes
- Plus an extra $5,000 Texas-Bred Incentive
- Concurrent $5,000 PBRIP 4- & 5-Year-Old Futurity sidepot
- $1,000 PBRIP Youth sidepot in Barrel Racing 18 & Under world championship class
- World championship speed classes for Open, Amateur, Novice Amateur and Youth
