World Championship Show Dates & Deadlines

2019 Open / Amateur World Show Dates September 16 – 29
Premium books available online (premium books will not be mailed) June
RV reservations deadline August 1
Pre-Entry & Stall reservations deadline August 1
Post-Entry deadline – up until 5 p.m., the day
before the class you plan to enter. Late fees apply.
Beginning August 2
Late RV Reservations will be assessed a late fee Beginning August 2
Late Stall Reservations will be assessed a late fee Beginning August 2

ELIGIBILITY REMINDERS:
Amateur Walk-Trot Exhibitors: To qualify to compete in Amateur Walk-Trot classes at the World Show, exhibitors must hold a current Amateur Walk-Trot card by June 3, 2019 for the 2019 APHA World Show.

If a current Amateur Walk-Trot card has not been held by June 3, 2019 for the 2019 APHA World Show, an exhibitor may apply for one to show at the World Show if the following conditions apply: an exhibitor may not have earned any points in performance classes (Open and/or Amateur divisions) with APHA or any other recognized association during the current calendar year.  Halter and in-hand classes do not count against eligibility.

  •  Youth World Show: June 24 – July 7, 2019
    •  QUALIFYING NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR YOUTH WORLD SHOW
  •  Open & Amateur World Show: September 16 – 29, 2019
    •  Qualifying Dates: June 1, 2018 – June 3, 2019

2020 APHA World Shows and Qualifying Dates

  •  Youth World Show: June 22 – July 5, 2020
    •  QUALIFYING NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR YOUTH WORLD SHOW
  •  Open & Amateur World Show: September 21 – October 4, 2020
    •  Qualifying Dates: June 1, 2019 – May 31, 2020

2021 APHA World Shows and Qualifying Dates

  •  Youth World Show: June 28 – July 11, 2021
    •  QUALIFYING NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR YOUTH WORLD SHOW
  •  Open & Amateur World Show: September 20 – October 3, 2021
    •  Qualifying Dates: June 1, 2020 – May 31, 2021

Class Cancellation:

A class will be held for a minimum of three years before it will be considered for cancellation.  If after three years, a class does not meet the six entry minimum requirement, it will be considered for cancellation in subsequent years.
