Stand out at the APHA World Championship Show with an exhibitor sponsorship! Choose from three tiers designed to fit your needs and enjoy exclusive perks like priority stall and RV placement, complimentary parking, and enhanced advertising that drives traffic straight to your space. Best of all, sponsorship fees help fund exhibitor payouts—putting money back into the show community.

Exhibitor sponsorships open with pre-entries and must be submitted by May 15 to guarantee priority placement. Availability is first-come, first-paid.

2026 Exhibitor Sponsorship Form

Total: $5,500

  • Preferential stall assignment, first-level priority placement for both the APHA World Championship Show and APHA/WCHA Halter Million.
  • One complimentary RV spot for the APHA World Championship Show or APHA/WCHA Halter Million (must select one event).
  • Preferential RV assignment, first-level priority placement for both the APHA World Championship Show and APHA/WCHA Halter Million.
  • One complimentary golf cart for the duration of the APHA World Championship Show or APHA/WCHA Halter Million (must select one event).
  • One four-person VIP table assignment for APHA World Championship Show or APHA/WCHA Halter Million (must select one event). VIP tables are limited; first-paid, first-served.
  • Two banners in the warm-up arena at the APHA World Championship Show or APHA/WCHA Halter Million (must select one event).
  • One full-page color ad in the Summer Paint Horse Journal/World Show Program (APHA World Championship Show) or the Fall Paint Horse Journal (APHA/WCHA Halter Million). Ad artwork deadlines apply (must select one event).
  • One complimentary parking pass for the duration of the APHA World Championship Show or APHA/WCHA Halter Million (must select one event).
  • Two world championship class sponsorships (specific classes can be requested, but APHA does not guarantee the class will be available; class selections are first-paid, first-served).
  • Sponsorship recognition during the event with PA announcements in the arena and scoreboard recognition during class sponsorship events.

Class Sponsorship: $750

  • World championship class sponsorship (specific classes can be requested, but APHA does not guarantee the class will be available; class selections are first-paid, first-served).
  • Sponsorship recognition at the selected event.
  • PA announcement in the arena and on the scoreboard during the sponsored class.

Hospitality Ride During the Show: $300–500

  • Half-day (morning or afternoon) hospitality ride: $300
  • All-day (morning & afternoon): $500

Scoreboard Ads: $500–600

  • 30-second scoreboard video with your Paint Horse Journal* ad: $500
    • Cost of Paint Horse Journal ad is in addition to fee above.
  • 30-second scoreboard video without ad in the Paint Horse Journal: $600

Party or Happy Hour: Custom Cost

  • Listing in the program and signage at event. Cost will depend on the size of the event and the services requested. Must work with the facility-approved caterer to select menu and date for the event.
