It takes hard work and top-tier talent to win buckles and ribbons at the APHA World Championship Show, but taking home some of the biggest prizes of the show only requires luck and an Amateur card.
The 2018 World Show takes place September 17–30 in Fort Worth, Texas. This year, APHA Corporate Partner Cowboy Trailer Sales and APHA World Show Sponsor Harris Leather & Silverworks are offering Amateur exhibitors two incredible prizes just for entering and competing aboard their talented Paints.

Platinum Trailer Giveaway, in conjunction with Cowboy Trailer Sales
Platinum Trailers has partnered with APHA Corporate Partner Cowboy Trailer Sales to award one lucky APHA Amateur a Platinum trailer of their own.
  • All Amateur exhibitors—Amateur, Masters Amateur, Novice Amateur and Amateur Walk-Trot—at the 2018 APHA World Championship Show have the chance to win.
  • Each Amateur world championship class (Regular Registry and Solid Paint-Bred) entered by Monday, September 24 by 5 p.m. counts as a trailer entry.
  • Enter more Amateur classes by the September 24 deadline for more opportunities to win.
  • Classes do not have to take place prior to the drawing to be eligible.

The winner receives ownership of a three-horse slant Platinum trailer with a tack room selected by random drawing to be presented at the show on September 25 prior to the Breeders’ Trust 2-Year-Old Western Pleasure Stakes class.

  • Amateur exhibitors—Amateur, Masters Amateur, Novice Amateur and Amateur Walk-Trot—entered in select classes at the 2018 APHA World Show have the chance to win.
  • Every entry in the following Amateur classes (all divisions and all registries) counts as a saddle entry:
    • Amateur Western Pleasure
    • Amateur Western Horsemanship
    • Amateur Western Riding
    • Amateur Trail
    • Amateur Western Yearling Longe Line
    • Amateur Yearling In-Hand Trail
  • All Amateur exhibitors entered in the above classes by Monday, September 24 by 5 p.m. are eligible to win.
